Our R&D team has been engaged in the gas analyzer and integrated process analysis system for many years and has accumulated rich experience, especially in circuit and mechanical designing. For customized products, all you need to do is provide us with basic information about your working environment and the gases that need to be detected and so on. You can email us or give us a call. If necessary, we can perform an on-site investigation and we only charge for the initial costs.

CNC machining precision parts

Our factory is equipped with advanced CNC equipment to machining full metal components and parts of our gas analyzer products.

Assembly

There are special assembly workshops such as a dust-free room and optical room for assembling high-precision components such as optical components and sensors.

Quality Testing

There are multiple inspection and aging tests for products after assembly to ensure that 100% of the products are qualified before they can be put into storage and shipped. This includes air tightness testing, room temperature aging testing, vibration testing, high and low temperature aging testing, etc.

The company has strict product quality control standards. The selection and purchase of raw materials, product assembly, inspection and debugging of finished products are controlled by ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure that the product quality is 100% qualified.
